I was pleasantly surprised by the warm treatment I received during my stay at Super Inn. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me, allowing me to store my luggage when my check-in and check-out times didn't align. The safety and security measures in place were also commendable. Despite the limited space in Hong Kong, my room was well-equipped and comfortable. The air conditioning and geyser worked perfectly, and the cleaning services were excellent. The free WIFI was reliable, and I greatly appreciated the small reception area with a microwave and water boiler. Additionally, the information package provided by the staff prior to my arrival was incredibly helpful in navigating the area and reaching the hotel. The location of Super Inn was also ideal, within walking distance of the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station and Victoria Harbour. There were plenty of nearby eateries serving authentic local cuisine, as well as bakeries and other food options. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great service, convenient location, and comfortable amenities.

Great location, close to key attractions and public transportation. The room was clean and well-equipped with en suite, television, and Wi-Fi. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing assistance when needed.
The room was extremely small, making it difficult to move around comfortably. The restroom was cramped and taking a shower was a challenge.
